This role also involves driving innovation by optimizing layouts for performance, cost, and manufacturability while continuously enhancing design standards, libraries, and internal processes to improve efficiency and quality.Your Daily Responsibilities:Develop complex multi-layer PCB layouts in accordance with electrical schematics and design specifications.Collaborate with hardware engineers to establish stack-ups, routing strategies, and design constraints.Execute signal integrity, impedance control, and power integrity analyses during the layout process.Implement EMI/EMC best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Optimize the placement of components for thermal performance, mechanical constraints, and manufacturability.Prepare manufacturing documentation, including fabrication and assembly drawings.Engage closely with PCB manufacturers and assembly partners to address design-related challenges.Assist in prototype bring-up and troubleshoot layout-related hardware issues.Continuously refine PCB design processes, standards, and documentation.
