Qualifications
Your Impact:Design and implement detailed test plans for UAVs and counter-drone systems. Operate UAVs and test equipment across various scenarios, including manual, semi-autonomous, and fully autonomous operations. Integrate payloads, sensors, and detection/interdiction systems onto UAV platforms. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and resolve system failures in the field. Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections, logging test data and anomalies. Analyze flight data, prepare comprehensive test reports, and suggest improvements. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Support field demonstrations for government and defense clients. Occasionally travel to remote test sites and military ranges as necessary.

We are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Flight Test Engineer to play a vital role in the flight testing of our unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as part of our Counter-UAS systems. You will be at the forefront of system validation, collaborating closely with hardware, software, and mission teams to plan, execute, and evaluate flight tests for drone systems and their interception capabilities.
