About the Position
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of the flow cytometry core service at Arc. Responsibilities include coordinating instrument usage, conducting user training, and managing daily operations. You will operate analytical and sorting cytometers, focusing on advising research teams regarding method development, assay design, and data analysis. In addition to core operations, you will help define the strategic direction of flow cytometry at Arc by benchmarking new technologies, identifying innovation opportunities, and fostering collaborative initiatives.
