Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support through email and chat interactions;
- Establish and nurture strong, enduring customer relationships;
- Stay updated with evolving tools and technologies;
- Safeguard sensitive customer data with utmost diligence;
- Implement the latest customer satisfaction practices;
- Maintain profound knowledge of client solutions while achieving defined KPIs;
- Engage with developers and cross-functional teams effectively.
Qualifications for Success:
- Proficient English communication skills (minimum C1 level);
- Prior experience in a technical support role;
- Expertise in VPS setup and management;
- Solid understanding of Windows Server administration;
- Familiarity with trading platforms like TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader;
- Strong analytical and research capabilities;
- A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor;
- Access to a personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM) with a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

- Experience with CRM systems.
