- Work remotely from Slovenia with occasional visits to our office in Ljubljana
- Possibility of on-site work at the project premises in Ljubljana
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication (voice, email, social media, and video calls).
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product ordering, and usage inquiries.
- Document accurate and timely after-call notes in English utilizing CRM systems.
- Proactively promote our products and services through upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Swiftly address and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
- Utilize data insights to engage customers proactively, thereby improving outcomes and success rates.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to advocate for our customers and boost service quality.
Qualifications:
- Native proficiency in Slovenian
- Advanced (B2) proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a track record of managing customer expectations effectively
- Experience in de-escalating challenging scenarios to ensure positive outcomes
- A team player with a proactive mindset
