Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will lead a small, passionate team, assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional experiences to all our guests. Your leadership will inspire staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of outstanding service and ensuring that every food and drink order is presented beautifully and served with care. You will also oversee training and compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring the workspace is well maintained and welcoming.

In this role, you will have the chance to share our mission with customers and contribute innovative ideas to maximize profits, which will be reinvested into our conservation efforts.
