Help AG is seeking a proactive and innovative Security Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in the administration and management of Fortinet and Infoblox solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing firewall operations, authentication, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and DNS/DHCP infrastructure across both IT and OT environments to ensure seamless and secure network operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of Fortinet firewalls, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer for both IT and OT networks.
- Manage IP address and DNS/DHCP services utilizing Infoblox DDI.
- Implement and maintain AAA solutions, preferably using FortiAuthenticator.
- Deploy and support privileged access management via FortiPAM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate network and security issues.
- Contribute to Low-Level Design (LLD), High-Level Design (HLD), and project documentation.
- Engage in continuous communication with clients regarding tickets, health checks, projects, and technical tasks.
- Per business requirements, work as a resident engineer on-site at customer locations.
- Ensure meticulous and accurate use of tools (ticketing systems, time tracking) and documentation of tickets.
- Follow up on escalations while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Focus on delivering customer satisfaction, professionalism, precision, and exceptional quality in all duties.
- Maintain the ticket system to comply with SLA requirements.
- Interact and communicate with vendor support organizations and engineers.
- This role may require travel to various locations for the installation of Fortinet technology solutions.
