Your Role
If you thrive in transforming AI demonstrations into robust, real-world applications, this role is for you. You will adeptly handle inconsistent documents, unconventional naming conventions, strict access policies, and intricate workflows that weren't originally designed for AI assistance.
Your expertise in engaging with legal teams will enable you to accurately discern their needs, translate those needs into effective system behaviors, and implement solutions seamlessly. As a pivotal connection among customers, domain experts, and the engineering team, you'll facilitate tangible improvements while creating thorough documentation to ensure smoother future rollouts.
What You'll Do
As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will embed Omnilex within client environments, ensuring optimal performance and transforming insights into reusable product features.
Customer Rollouts & Customization
Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers, including document ingestion, index construction, metadata mapping (jurisdiction, authority, recency), and validation checks.
Refine retrieval and reranking mechanisms to align with customer expectations across various practice areas, internal taxonomies, and document patterns.
Deliver tailored user experiences and workflow adjustments, including templates, default filters, jurisdiction presets, citation formatting, permission-aware retrieval, and customized result views.
Production-Grade LLM Workflows
Adapt prompting and context strategies to satisfy stringent requirements including grounding, traceability, citation style, explanation depth, and fallback procedures.
Establish and enforce guardrails for provenance tracking, source credibility, and more.
