Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in technical support or implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative thinking. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms and their deployment is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer, you will be a vital member of our customer success teams, working to enhance the effectiveness of our deployed products and workflows across diverse commercial clients, from innovative startups to large multinational enterprises. This position uniquely combines high-level support functions with the creation of advanced tools and infrastructure designed to scale customer enablement efficiently. You will be an inventive and resilient problem-solver, capable of both collaborative and independent work, adept at addressing complex technical challenges, and engaging with external customers to troubleshoot and resolve their issues.

Our Customer Success team is dedicated to helping clients maximize their use of Palantir’s Foundry and AIP Platforms to drive the workflows that yield their most significant business results. In this role, you will utilize your analytical skills, creativity, and technical expertise to support and mentor customer development teams, ensuring they can effectively construct and refine their workflows. You will gain unparalleled insights into, and make contributions to, some of the world’s most impactful industries and institutions.
