The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will step into a unique role that combines engineering, product development, and customer success. You will partner directly with AiPrise's most significant clients to identify their compliance challenges, develop tailored integrations, and deliver solutions that enhance the platform's value. You will not be waiting for tickets to arrive; instead, you will engage directly with customers to scope issues, write code, and deploy solutions, often on the same day.

What You'll Do
Engage with customers. Work closely with key clients to understand their onboarding, KYB, and compliance processes. Transform their challenges into technical solutions, whether through custom integrations, new API endpoints, or workflow enhancements.
Rapid development. Design and implement customer-specific configurations, integrations with third-party compliance and identity vendors, and custom data pipelines. Manage the entire lifecycle from scoping through to production.
Connect product and engineering. Relay customer insights back to the core product team. Identify trends in customer needs that could evolve into platform features and contribute to shaping the product roadmap based on field insights.
Problem-solving in real-time. Diagnose production issues on the fly, troubleshooting intricate vendor integrations across our extensive network of over 80 providers. Become the trusted point of contact for our clients to ensure seamless operations.
Replicate successful solutions. Transform one-off solutions into reusable patterns. Develop internal tools, documentation, and runbooks that streamline future deployments for all.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of software engineering experience. Proven track record of designing and deploying production systems. You have experience in writing code that meets performance and reliability standards.
