As a Forward Deployed Intern, you will be an integral part of our EdgedIQ and Edged Spain teams, collaborating closely with the Senior Director. You will focus on leveraging technology and data solutions for mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, handle confidential information with integrity, and possess strong organizational skills. You should be self-motivated, strategic in your thinking, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations team with the deployment, training, and enhancement of the EdgedIQ platform.
- Collect operational feedback and identify reporting and analytics requirements from users engaging with Edged's digital solutions.
- Support the development and validation of analytics models, dashboards, and reports for the operations team.
- Work cross-functionally to streamline and organize operational data and workflows.
- Conduct audits of operational data (Assets, Reports, Work Orders, Methods of Procedure) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Interpret and catalog equipment assets from construction documentation and submissions as needed.
- Assist with data entry, configuration, and data cleaning within Edged’s digital ecosystem.
- Create technical playbooks and training materials to facilitate user adoption of digital tools.
