Join our dynamic team at Mind Foundry as a Forward Deployed Machine Learning Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative AI/ML solutions in real-world operational settings. Collaborating with a diverse group of professionals, you will spearhead software deployments, engaging closely with users and stakeholders to transform their challenges into effective, production-ready machine learning applications. You will have the opportunity to rapidly prototype and implement ML strategies that extend beyond our core offerings, taking full responsibility from initial concept through to live deployment.

This role is flexible, allowing for a hybrid work model, with a requirement to be present at our Oxford office at least once a week. Occasional travel to client sites will also be necessary.
