Overview
As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) at First Resonance, you will be at the forefront of solving complex problems for our clients. As a key member of our elite 'Delta' FDSE team, you will be deployed to customer sites to tackle their most challenging issues. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients to deeply understand their unique operational challenges, allowing you to craft tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with our ION platform.

In this FDSE position, you will play a crucial role in enabling our customers to achieve their objectives by interpreting their needs, developing software solutions from concept through delivery, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks may include working alongside customer engineers to design automated features or serving as the primary contact for resolving production-blocking issues.
Responsibilities & Duties
Act as a technical expert on-site, providing hands-on support for the implementation, usage, and enhancement of ION.
Work closely with customers to identify their critical challenges and devise coherent strategies and intelligent solutions, such as creating custom web applications and managing large datasets.
Take full ownership of developing and delivering solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across various technological stacks.
Collaborate within small teams to execute high-stakes projects from start to finish.
Work with the First Resonance team to continuously enhance the product based on customer feedback and evolving requirements.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
Solid engineering foundation in disciplines such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
Proven experience in delivering production-quality code.
Adept at collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
