As the Co-Founder, you will be a pivotal force in shaping the identity and future of CVX. You will set the operational standards and pace for our growth while being prepared for temporary relocations as new markets emerge. As our Co-Founder, you will: Drive growth and execution across all CVX markets, both existing and new. Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams in each market. Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence. Lead the ongoing expansion of our angel investor network throughout Europe. Act as a public representative for CVX—at events, conferences, and in the media—enhancing visibility and trust. Engage in deal flow, investment decisions, and the startup ecosystem. Promote a culture of excellence and performance across all markets. Report directly to the Board.
