As our inaugural Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Your contributions will extend beyond sales; you'll refine our sales playbook and influence our expansion strategies. This position presents a genuine pathway to advancing into sales leadership as we scale.
Your Impact
You will spearhead our GTM initiatives, engaging across the entire sales funnel while collaborating closely with our founders and technical teams. This role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments and seeks to establish effective sales practices within a startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, engage in pricing discussions, manage proof-of-concepts (POCs), and finalize deals.
- Generate Pipeline: Work with inbound leads while creatively building pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Navigate Complex Deals: Collaborate with prospects to manage security reviews, legal adjustments, and procurement processes.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside engineering and product teams to ensure a seamless POC experience and customer transition.
- Refine Our Sales Playbook: Track sales pipeline, update CRM systems, generate forecasts, and document our most effective sales strategies.
