The Short Version
As a Founding Account Executive, you will be the catalyst that brings buyers to the table and ultimately seals the deal. Forget traditional presentations; you will demo our product live using actual data from prospects, allowing it to showcase its capabilities. You will be a hybrid of prospector and closer, moving swiftly without waiting for leads.

The selling process at Viktor is straightforward: secure a demo, present a genuine business task, and watch as Viktor handles it in real-time, leading to a self-closing deal. Your primary responsibility is to identify and engage the right prospects and conduct numerous demos.
As one of our inaugural sales hires, you will not inherit a pre-established team or playbook. Instead, you will collaborate directly with our co-founders, learning from the best practices in the industry and developing your own winning strategies.
Our clientele includes operations leaders, marketing teams, CTOs, and founders, showcasing the versatility of our product across various sectors. Your mission is to pinpoint effective entry points, execute a sharp sales process, and close the deal.
What You'll Actually Do
Your key tasks will include:
- Attracting the right audience to the demo through outbound efforts, inbound inquiries, partnerships, and creative strategies.
- Executing the demo independently, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the product with live data from prospects. This is not a standard slideshow presentation.
- Building the go-to-market (GTM) playbook from scratch based on data-driven insights regarding effective verticals, messaging, and common objections.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, every step will be under your control.
- Collaborating closely with co-founders Fryderyk and Peter, who are still actively engaged in sales, gaining their trust and gradually assuming full ownership of the sales process.
How You'll Know It's Working
Success will be evident when:
- You are consistently closing deals from your own pipeline, not just relying on inbound leads.
- Co-founders are spending less time on sales calls because they trust you to handle them effectively.
- You can provide detailed insights into what strategies are effective and what challenges persist.
- Clients you onboard are genuinely satisfied and engaged with our product.
