Qualifications:Over 5 years of experience in channel management, preferably within B2B SaaS and the cybersecurity landscape. Expertise in the cybersecurity field, ideally with knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Insider Risk, or related security platforms. A well-established network of channel partners, distributors, and industry leaders in the Eastern region. Proven track record of successfully driving partner engagement and performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships.

About the Role:

As the inaugural Channel Account Manager for the Eastern United States, you will play a crucial role in driving partner acquisition and scaling our operations through distributors and resellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel recruitment strategy for the East region.

  • Identify, onboard, and empower distributors and value-added resellers (VARs).

  • Expand and manage a portfolio of high-performing reseller partners.

  • Drive revenue and pipeline growth sourced from partners.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance co-selling efforts.

  • Provide partner enablement through training, joint planning, and effective go-to-market strategies.

  • Monitor partner performance to optimize for scalability and repeatability.
