About the Role

As we embark on our international journey, Dandy is excited to welcome our inaugural Commercial Account Executive in London. This pivotal founding role goes beyond just closing deals; you will play an essential part in crafting the sales strategy as we expand beyond the US market.

Join our dynamic global sales team and collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to establish Dandy’s footprint in the UK. This position is perfect for an individual who thrives in a rapidly evolving environment, seeks substantial ownership, and is eager to influence Dandy’s international sales approach.

This is a hands-on, impactful position where your execution skills, curiosity, and tenacity will be vital.

What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle: qualify, discover, and close new SMB clients.

  • Proactively reach out to dental practices to drive new client acquisition.

  • Act as a foundational voice in shaping Dandy’s UK sales strategy, messaging, and processes.

  • Diligently track activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in Salesforce.

  • Become an expert in dentistry and fully understand Dandy’s product offerings and value propositions.

  • Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders to meet revenue targets and refine KPIs.

  • Embrace a sense of urgency, accountability, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a full-cycle closing role.

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment is highly desirable.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with limited resources and structure.

  • Strong organizational skills coupled with disciplined pipeline management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
