Your Role

As a crucial member of our team, you will spearhead the development of our provider referral network, which is essential for our growth. Your responsibilities will include building robust relationships with referring physicians, therapists, dietitians, and treatment centers. You will manage the entire process from prospecting to engagement and scaling, working closely with our CEO to craft and implement our provider go-to-market strategy. We seek a motivated, analytical individual who is eager to build something impactful from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture provider partnerships by establishing and maintaining relationships with referring healthcare professionals.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy by defining our outreach initiatives, referral protocols, and channel priorities.
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring that referral partners are engaged, informed, and consistently referring patients.
  • Analyze and model growth metrics, maintaining visibility into the referral funnel and providing insights for performance improvement.
  • Represent Nabi at conferences and in the field, enhancing our presence in key markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless referral and patient enrollment experience.
