About Our Partner
Our partner is innovating in the field of conversational AI by developing an end-to-end testing platform for voice and chat applications. Their solution enables businesses to simulate, test, and monitor AI agents in real-time, facilitating the deployment of reliable, customer-facing AI systems at scale.
As an early-stage, rapidly growing company, they have achieved impressive milestones, including a seven-figure run rate within the first year and a $4M Seed funding round led by Floodgate, alongside support from Y Combinator. Their clientele includes industry giants like Google and DoorDash, as well as a prominent Fortune 500 financial services firm and numerous high-growth startups. The team is small yet highly skilled and is aggressively expanding.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Founding Go-to-Market Specialist who will play a crucial role in establishing the company’s go-to-market framework from the ground up.
This position merges functions of Sales Development Representatives (SDR), demand generation, GTM engineering, and light full-cycle sales. Initially, the focus will be on generating a robust pipeline through outbound experiments, creatively reaching target buyers, exploring new channels, and leveraging modern GTM tools for optimal results. While the successful candidate should possess the ability to conduct sales calls and advance deals, this is not a traditional Account Executive role, as enterprise deals will largely remain founder-led for the time being.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to work closely with the founders, thrive in a fast-paced environment, wear multiple hats, and contribute to shaping the GTM strategy at a promising startup.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement outbound pipeline generation experiments across diverse channels such as email, LinkedIn, phone, and more.
- Utilize cutting-edge GTM and AI tools to identify prospects, personalize outreach, and enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor outcomes, assess performance metrics, and swiftly iterate on messaging, segmentation, and channel strategies.
- Assist in developing scalable outbound and demand generation systems from inception.
- Support early-stage sales initiatives by participating in calls, qualifying opportunities, and facilitating deal progression.
- Represent the company at conferences and events to bolster pipeline development and organizational growth.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on GTM strategy, execution, and prioritization.
- Contribute significantly to shaping the future GTM team as the organization expands.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in demand generation, outbound marketing, pipeline generation, or GTM engineering.
- Proven ability to identify leads, experiment with innovative outbound methods, and build pipelines in unstructured environments.
- Comfort in a role that requires flexibility and adaptability.
