About the Company
talentpluto partners with a fast-growing company focused on conversational AI. What You Will Do
This founding go-to-market role centers on building the company’s GTM engine from scratch. The position spans sales development, demand generation, GTM engineering, and some full-cycle sales. Early priorities include designing outbound experiments, launching creative outreach, and using modern GTM tools to build a strong sales pipeline. While you’ll participate in sales calls and move deals forward, the founders will handle most enterprise deal closures for now. Close collaboration with the CEO and founders is a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run outbound pipeline experiments across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Use modern GTM and AI tools to identify leads, personalize outreach, and improve campaign results
- Track outcomes, analyze performance, and quickly adjust messaging, segmentation, and channel mix
- Help build repeatable outbound and demand generation systems from the ground up
- Support early sales efforts by joining calls, qualifying leads, and moving opportunities forward
- Represent the company at conferences and events to expand the pipeline
- Work directly with the CEO on GTM strategy, execution, and priorities
- Play a role in shaping the future GTM organization as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in demand generation, outbound sales, pipeline generation, or GTM engineering
- Proven track record of finding leads, trying creative outreach, and building pipelines in changing environments
- Comfort working in a role that calls for adaptability and resourcefulness as the company evolves
