You will not simply join a team; you will be responsible for assembling and leading one. As the public face and operational driver of the club, your mission is to evolve this concept into a dynamic, profitable, and self-sustaining business within 90 days.What You Will Do:Be the Face of the Brand:Host all events, oversee member communications, and represent the club with charisma and authority.Act as the principal spokesperson, shaping the club’s voice and narrative across media, online platforms, and live engagements.Architect the Community:Design and implement the member experience, from onboarding to daily engagement, aiming for a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of over 70.Establish frameworks that encourage meaningful interactions, retention, and community-led growth.Drive Growth:Utilize the Decentralized Masters ecosystem to recruit the first 50 members within 90 days and create a scalable growth mechanism for subsequent expansion.Develop clear metrics and systems to track engagement, conversion rates, and retention.Run the Investment Engine:Build and manage a premium deal flow pipeline, encompassing sourcing, screening, due diligence, and presenting investment opportunities to members.Collaborate with founders and co-investors to secure exclusive investment chances.Own the Business:Oversee the P&L, manage the selection and implementation of the tech stack, and handle daily operations with rigorous ownership and operational discipline.Develop processes, reporting, and dashboards to ensure accountability and measurable outcomes.
