Here’s what sets us apart:
Our COO was our first customer, a CEO of a plumbing company, and has influenced Broccoli's development from the beginning.
Our customers generate over $15B in annual revenue, with Broccoli playing a crucial role in capturing that revenue flow.
We have successfully facilitated over 500K verified appointments for our clients.
Every engineer engages directly with customers, gaining insights through live calls and real-world scenarios.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer who will spearhead our growth initiatives, focusing on lifecycle marketing, performance metrics, SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, and website conversions. This position is hands-on, requiring you to design and implement growth strategies, conduct experiments, analyze data, and execute improvements.
At Broccoli, growth means cultivating efficient and measurable demand, steering clear of vanity metrics. You will be responsible for developing and managing full-funnel programs that encompass lifecycle, paid, search, and website optimization, all while maintaining rigorous standards for analytics and experimentation. You will have the autonomy to define metrics, measurement techniques, and actionable insights.
This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of the growth process from initial engagement to revenue closure.
