About the job
Hellyeah AI - hellyeahai.com
Join us in building a new office in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area with a stellar team that values your expertise.
Hellyeah AI is revolutionizing the growth and marketing landscape for fast-growing companies through AI-native infrastructure. Our founder-led sales have propelled us to achieve over $10 million ARR in a short time. We are on the hunt for a Founding Head of Go-To-Market to establish our commercial engine from the ground up.
This position is not about merely managing a team or analyzing dashboards. Instead, it is a hands-on builder role designed for an innovative leader capable of developing a pipeline from scratch, crafting compelling market narratives, engaging early customers, and shaping the go-to-market strategy before it is fully realized. With a robust AI-native engineering team at your disposal, you will have the resources to create the tools necessary for scaling our operations. Collaborating closely with the founder, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Hellyeah from a nascent product into a significant market presence.
We are searching for a dynamic go-getter.
Someone who can convert an early-stage, cutting-edge product into a thriving commercial engine.
Your Responsibilities
You will spearhead the foundational stages of creating a repeatable go-to-market strategy for Hellyeah.
Your tasks will include:
Identifying and refining ideal customer profiles, market segments, and strategic entry points.
Translating market ambiguities into a clear and compelling commercial narrative.
Generating a sales pipeline from the ground up through outbound outreach, partnerships, founder-led sales, content marketing, community building, and creative initiatives.
Personally conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations, pilots, negotiations, and initial expansions.
Contributing to the development of pricing structures, product offerings, and service transitions.
Collaborating closely with product teams and the founder to convert market insights into actionable roadmap decisions.
Securing key customers that serve as case studies, proof points, and market leverage.
Crafting the first repeatable go-to-market playbook encompassing messaging, processes, channels, and conversion strategies.
Recruiting and onboarding the next wave of go-to-market talent as the strategy gains traction.
Who Should Apply
This role is ideal for those who aspire to build rather than inherit. You might be a former founding Account Executive, the first revenue hire, a versatile growth-and-sales operator, or an ex-founder with strong commercial instincts.
