This Role
We are on the lookout for a Founding Marketer who will play a pivotal role in establishing Finch as the most reputable name in legal technology. You will create impactful campaigns, memorable experiences, and meaningful content that resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for shaping Finch's public presence, both online and offline, capturing the attention of our customers in every possible way.
This role requires a hands-on approach; you will be actively engaged in planning events, collaborating on content creation, conducting experiments, and identifying strategies that drive results. We seek someone who has spent years mastering the art of effective marketing and is now ready to make a significant impact from the ground up.
Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams (including GTM and Ops) will be essential as you work to cultivate a brand that law firm leaders respect, trust, and endorse.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead demand generation and inbound marketing efforts, evaluate which channels warrant investment, identify untapped growth opportunities, and develop sustainable systems for long-term success.
Develop a cohesive content strategy and narrative, determine which stories are impactful and create a scalable engine (video, social media, case studies, campaigns) to consistently tell them.
Establish a compelling social presence, craft a unique voice and strategy that makes Finch engaging and valuable to our audience.
Define and execute field marketing strategies, identify key events, target audiences, and effective formats, then create and implement a detailed playbook. Design experiences that foster relationships, drive pipeline, and enhance Finch’s visibility.
