Role Overview
This founding Strategy & Operations position blends client-facing consulting, product management, and hands-on execution. The role works directly with founders, engineers, and enterprise clients to turn software, data, and insights into clear value for customers. Expect to own projects from start to finish and shape both client outcomes and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with a focused group of enterprise customers
- Lead onboarding for new clients and guide them through custom platform setups
- Use the platform and data to deliver measurable results for clients
- Turn customer feedback into actionable product and platform improvements
- Work closely with founders and engineers to influence the product roadmap
- Research and test new strategies for AI-driven search
- Analyze large and sometimes incomplete datasets to extract insights
- Design new processes, products, or internal tools to support growth and scalability
- Take ownership of strategic, analytical, and operational projects, especially in ambiguous situations
Who Will Succeed
- Strong academic or professional background
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, product management, analytics, data science, or startup strategy and operations
- Comfort working directly with enterprise clients
