What You’ll Do:Manage the entire sales process, including outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closure. Conduct technical discovery sessions with engineering teams (Eng, SRE, platform, infra) to align product value with pain points and establish clear success criteria. Facilitate the deal process through technical evaluations: oversee pilots, expedite security and compliance assessments, and drive the next steps with urgency. Create compelling narratives and enablement materials: draft talk tracks, handle objections, frame ROI, and develop repeatable email and call sequences. Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to close deals and provide valuable feedback that shapes our product roadmap. Establish a scalable outbound sales engine: identify ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts, craft personalized outreach strategies, and iterate based on conversion metrics. Represent Antimetal with professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience in every interaction. What You Bring:2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven record of sourcing and closing deals. Experience selling technical products (development tools, infrastructure, security, data, or related fields) to engineering-driven buyers. Demonstrated ability to conduct structured discovery, design pilots, and convert technical evaluations into successful outcomes. Strong skills in pipeline development, particularly through outbound efforts, and comfort in environments with limited inbound leads. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective customer engagement.
