Key Responsibilities: Bed Warranty Repairs: Diagnose and resolve mechanical or structural issues on various bed types. Furniture Assembly: Construct bed frames, desks, chairs, shelving units, and other furniture. Fixture Mounting & Installation: Securely install wall fixtures, such as paintings, mirrors, and other home accessories. TV Mounting & Installation: Properly mount and configure TVs for optimal viewing angles. Entertainment System Installation & Setup: Install and configure home theater systems, soundbars, and streaming devices. Deliver exceptional customer service by educating customers on product usage and maintenance. Keep accurate records of installations and repairs using company software. Adhere to all safety and quality control protocols to ensure professional results.
