ABOUT THE FP&A TEAM
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is integral to Trustly’s financial management. By delivering timely, precise, and effectively communicated insights into the financial health and performance of the company, as well as coordinating budgeting and forecasting activities across the organization, the FP&A team plays a vital role in supporting robust financial management. They are also responsible for the information we share with various stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced FP&A Manager to spearhead our central FP&A function. This pivotal role will provide reporting, strategic insights, and financial counsel to the executive team, oversee the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and facilitate crucial business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial mindset, strategic thinking capabilities, exceptional analytical skills, sound business judgment, and outstanding communication skills (both oral and written). A proven history of establishing financial processes and reporting in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, or within a new business unit of a larger organization, is essential.
