Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team concerning growth, capital allocation, and overall business performance.
- Formulate and adjust financial strategies, operational models, and long-term plans in alignment with the company's objectives.
- Spearhead scenario modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning to bolster decision-making and risk management.
- Identify and implement growth opportunities, enhance margins, and optimize costs.
Financial Operations & Oversight
- Supervise financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management with precision and punctuality.
- Establish robust financial controls, systems, and processes to facilitate scalability and transparency.
- Oversee accounting, FP&A, and finance operations, whether in-house or outsourced.
- Assess and improve pricing strategies, capital structure, and funding necessities.
Performance & Insights
- Create and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide clear and actionable financial insights to leadership and investors.
- Collaborate with department heads to align budgets, investments, and priorities with business objectives.
Capital & Growth Initiatives
- Assist in fundraising, M&A, or investor relations, encompassing financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- Advise on capital deployment, strategic partnerships, and expansion endeavors.
