Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team concerning growth, capital allocation, and overall business performance.
  • Formulate and adjust financial strategies, operational models, and long-term plans in alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Spearhead scenario modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning to bolster decision-making and risk management.
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities, enhance margins, and optimize costs.

Financial Operations & Oversight

  • Supervise financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management with precision and punctuality.
  • Establish robust financial controls, systems, and processes to facilitate scalability and transparency.
  • Oversee accounting, FP&A, and finance operations, whether in-house or outsourced.
  • Assess and improve pricing strategies, capital structure, and funding necessities.

Performance & Insights

  • Create and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Provide clear and actionable financial insights to leadership and investors.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align budgets, investments, and priorities with business objectives.

Capital & Growth Initiatives

  • Assist in fundraising, M&A, or investor relations, encompassing financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring.
  • Advise on capital deployment, strategic partnerships, and expansion endeavors.
