Role Overview
ID.me is on the lookout for a Fraud Investigations Manager to spearhead a dynamic fraud investigations team tasked with handling complex, high-volume digital fraud cases. This role requires a proactive people manager with a background as an individual contributor fraud investigator and a successful track record in building, managing, and developing teams.
As the Fraud Investigations Manager, you will oversee intricate investigations related to identity fraud, account takeovers, synthetic identities, and coordinated fraud activities. Operating in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, you will serve as a primary escalation point for executive communications, subpoenas, RFIs, and other sensitive matters where precision and attention to detail are paramount.
This role is based out of our McLean, VA office and requires full-time in-office attendance.
