This role is project-based and does not entail permanent employment.About the PositionAs a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist, you will create realistic disruption scenarios based on your extensive practical experience, specify expected outcomes and mitigation strategies, and assess AI-generated recommendations for accuracy, completeness, and relevance to business contexts.Opportunity OverviewContributors will engage in various tasks, including:Creating realistic supply chain disruption scenarios (such as supplier delays, quantity changes, logistics challenges, and quality failures) rooted in actual manufacturing and procurement contexts.Defining anticipated outcomes and suitable mitigation strategies for each scenario.Evaluating AI-generated responses against real-world business logic.Assessing outputs for accuracy, completeness, and relevance within ERP systems (notably Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba (SAP)).Contributing to structured data creation and validation tasks according to established guidelines and frameworks.Desired QualificationsA minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, ideally within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of procurement workflows: purchase orders, vendor management, inventory, and production planning.Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.Demonstrated ability to design and reason through supply chain disruption scenarios and mitigation approaches.Solid understanding of various disruption types: delays, shortages, quality issues, and logistics challenges.Knowledge of Incoterms and transportation/logistics management.Familiarity with BOM structures and production planning processes.Experience with supplier performance metrics (OTIF, lead times, quality scores).Analytical mindset with the capacity to evaluate AI outputs against real-world business logic.Experience in data validation, structured data entry, or annotation tasks.Excellent written communication skills in English.How to Get InvolvedApply → Pass qualification(s) → Join a project → Complete tasks → Receive payment.Project Time CommitmentFor this project, tasks are anticipated to require approximately 10-20 hours per week during active phases, depending on project needs.
