About the job
Are you an expert in radiological health looking to influence the development of Artificial Intelligence? As large-scale language models transition from simple chatbots to advanced tools for scientific exploration, your expertise is crucial. With your high-quality training data, we aim to empower AI to provide equitable access to top-notch education, remain aligned with the latest research, and optimize laboratory processes for scientists globally. Your journey in shaping the future of AI begins here!
We seek passionate specialists in radiological health and health physics who possess deep knowledge in radiation protection, dosimetry, nuclear instrumentation, radiation detection and measurement, radiobiology, medical imaging physics, environmental radiation monitoring, and regulatory compliance. You will engage with sophisticated language models on topics such as ALARA principles, shielding calculations, decay chains, internal and external dose assessments, radioactive waste management, contamination control, and emergency response planning, meticulously documenting every failure mode to enhance model reasoning.
On a typical day, your role will involve interacting with the model on clinical, environmental, and nuclear safety scenarios, validating factual accuracy and logical consistency, capturing reproducible error traces, and proposing enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in health physics, radiological sciences, nuclear engineering, medical physics, or a closely related discipline. Board certifications such as CHP or ABHP, along with experience in applied research, regulatory consulting, or direct involvement in radiological safety, will be advantageous. Effective communication is essential, demonstrating your thought process is key!
Are you ready to transform your radiological health expertise into the foundation for next-generation AI? Apply now and contribute to educating the world through AI!
