Qualifications and Skills:0 to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent background. A demonstrated passion for and knowledge of MLB and NHL. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, recommend and implement process improvements, and work autonomously. Exhibit tact, diplomacy, decisiveness, and exceptional interpersonal skills in a high-pressure live television setting. Possess the visual acuity to work in dimly lit control rooms for extended periods. Auditory acuity to effectively follow instructions via communication systems. Capability to remain seated for long durations and lift items up to 25 pounds. Ability to navigate various distances within the workplace. Manual dexterity necessary to create required outputs. Strong analytical and communication skills. Consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned work location.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging graphics for assigned studio shows and live games.
Produce and manage on-air set content for assigned programs, including graphics for studio monitors.
Participate in production meetings, conduct research on storylines, and facilitate communication between the Graphics team and Producers to ensure graphics align with show objectives.
Oversee content creation for assigned ticker operations.
Deliver accurate daily show reports punctually.
Perform various duties as assigned, which may include Set Content, Baseline, and Blueline tasks.
Continuously enhance your knowledge within the production field and the industry.
Execute other related responsibilities as needed.
