Job Responsibilities:
As an interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately listening to, understanding, and memorizing content in the source language, then conveying it in the target language with complete precision.
- Provide interpretation services for clients accessing legal, health, and local government services.
- Ensure comprehension by checking the understanding of non-English speakers after each statement.
- Engage in conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Facilitate communication between service users and service providers.
