The Role:
As an interpreter, you will listen to, comprehend, and accurately convey messages from the original 'source' language to the 'target' language with complete precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation for clients accessing legal, health, and local government services.
- Verify understanding with non-English speakers after each statement.
- Engage in conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion.
- Facilitate communication between service users and providers.
