The Role:
As an interpreter, you will engage in listening to, comprehending, and accurately reproducing content from the source language into the target language. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing interpretation for individuals accessing legal, health, and local government services.
- Confirming understanding with non-English speakers after each segment of speech.
- Executing conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting.
- Handling sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion.
- Facilitating communications between service users and providers.
