The Role
As an interpreter, you will listen to, comprehend, and accurately memorize information in the source language, then convey it in the target language with utmost precision.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing interpretation services for individuals accessing legal, healthcare, and local government services
- Ensuring non-English speakers understand the content after each statement
- Engaging in conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting
- Handling highly confidential information
- Acting as a liaison between service users and providers
