Qualifications
Requirements:Educational Background: A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a recognized equivalent. Professional Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience including a minimum of 500 supervised clinical hours (internships and academic placements excluded). Specialized Skills: Expertise in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches including:Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivorsSomatic Experiencing (SE)Licensure: Must possess a valid and active license relevant to the practice region. Supervision Requirement: Must attend one supervision session every two months. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and the local language. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and/or adult counseling will be advantageous. Flexibility: Willingness to perform occasional onsite work as necessary.

Your Role
- Deliver personalized telehealth or onsite mental health support to clients of Intellect.
- Engage with a variety of clinical cases, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Collaborate with our internal clinical team to refine our platform and client offerings.
