Role overview
The No-Code Automation Workflow Specialist will design, implement, and maintain automated systems in a hybrid AI and human environment. Collaboration with Tendem Agents is central to the work, as they handle repetitive tasks while you focus on workflow automation and process optimization.
What you will do
- Design and review no-code automation workflows for business functions such as marketing, operations, and data pipelines.
- Build and refine trigger- and action-based automations using platforms like Zapier and Make.com.
- Integrate AI features into automation processes, including enrichment pipelines and decision-making logic.
- Maintain accurate and reliable data synchronization across various systems and SaaS applications.
- Evaluate automation performance and improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and adjust automation logic to enhance stability and reliability.
Compensation
Compensation is up to $60 per hour, depending on experience and contribution speed. Project rates may vary based on complexity and required expertise.
