Role Overview
In this freelance opportunity as a No-Code Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, assessing, and enhancing automation workflows utilizing tools such as Zapier and Make.com, while incorporating AI functionalities to boost performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and assess no-code automation workflows across various business domains (marketing, operations, data pipelines).
- Create and enhance trigger/action-based automations using tools like Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms.
- Integrate AI capabilities into workflows (e.g., AI-driven automations, enrichment pipelines, decision-making logic).
- Guarantee precise and reliable data synchronization between diverse systems and SaaS tools.
- Evaluate automation performance and optimize workflow efficiency, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and refine automation logic for enhanced stability and reliability.
Compensation
On this project, contributors can earn up to $60 per hour, based on experience and contribution pace. Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise, with potential differences in earning levels across the platform.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in no-code automation, workflow design, operations, or low-code development.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields is advantageous.
- Extensive experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, or similar), including multi-step workflows, routers, filters, and conditional logic.
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage complex automation systems.
