Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Consultant and AI Trainer, you will leverage your extensive experience to create realistic disruption scenarios, establish expected outcomes and mitigation strategies, and critically assess AI-generated recommendations for their accuracy, completeness, and relevance to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, contributors may be tasked with:
- Designing realistic supply chain disruption scenarios (e.g., supplier delays, quantity changes, logistics challenges, quality issues) rooted in authentic manufacturing and procurement environments.
- Clearly defining expected outcomes and suitable mitigation strategies for each disruption scenario.
- Evaluating AI-generated responses and recommendations against practical business logic.
- Assessing the outputs for accuracy, completeness, and relevance within ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa, Jaggaer, and Ariba (SAP).
- Participating in structured data creation and validation tasks, adhering to established guidelines and frameworks.
