We are seeking an SMB Account Manager for the French Market to join our Manchester office. In this position, you will play a crucial role in empowering our restaurant partners across France, guiding them on marketing strategies, technological advancements, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the SMB (Small Medium Business) team, based in the vibrant city center of Manchester, you will collaborate with local independent restaurants through a desk-based consultancy model, assisting them in navigating the fast-evolving delivery landscape.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts through a desk-based approach, fostering growth via phone, email, and digital presentations.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with our French clients, ensuring exceptional service and achieving beneficial outcomes for both the restaurants and Deliveroo.

  • Campaign Management: Enhance engagement through national and local marketing initiatives aimed at improving key performance indicators such as order volume and partner retention.

  • Operational Coordination: Serve as the liaison between our restaurant partners and internal teams to ensure tailored solutions that meet partner requirements.
