Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Ensure all cash collection activities align with client requirements. Manage complex customer accounts and negotiate effective payment plans. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Sidetrade software. Monitor accounts and generate reports on collection activities. Analyze accounts to devise optimal collection strategies. Escalate complex accounts with a solutions-oriented approach. Required Qualifications:Experience level: All backgrounds welcome, ideally with a minimum of 1 year in accounts receivable, cash collections, finance, or banking. Customer service experience will also be considered. A strong target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals and deadlines. Proactive and business-oriented attitude. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a professional telephone manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel). Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team environment. Resilience and persistence in approach. Fluency in French is essential. A second European language, preferably English, is a plus.
