Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.2-4 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role. Proficient in night audit functions, including balancing daily revenue and making necessary adjustments. Exceptional skills in managing guest complaints professionally, especially during late-night hours. Able to work independently and make critical decisions without immediate management oversight. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services, with experience in high-profile guest interactions. Familiarity with property management systems such as Opera and SynXis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Physical ability to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours per shift. Quick to observe and respond to situations requiring immediate attention.

As the Front Office Manager reporting directly to the Director of Front Office, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Rooms department. Your leadership will ensure that our service standards are met with professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

  • Oversee all operations within the Rooms department, maintaining high service standards and a friendly environment.
  • Lead by example to create a collaborative and compassionate workplace culture.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring a memorable experience by effectively communicating with the relevant departments.
  • Drive revenue growth for rooms through upselling, promoting loyalty programs, and supporting Revenue Management initiatives.
  • Manage hotel operations during overnight shifts, focusing on front office tasks, night audits, and maintaining safety and security protocols.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of daily operations in compliance with auditing standards.
