Purpose
We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Front Office Manager to represent Divergent Technologies. In this role, you will oversee front desk operations, greet guests, assist employees, and ensure our workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.
The Role
- Act as a primary, cross-functional contact for physical security support.
- Respond promptly to urgent physical security-related requests and incidents.
- Manage the visitor process, including screening requests, checking in visitors upon arrival, and ensuring that guests (customers, partners, and contractors) access only authorized areas.
- Assist with administration and management of cloud-based applications, including Brivo and Sign in Solutions.
- Collaborate with security leadership and facilities teams to maintain and troubleshoot physical security infrastructure (fencing, cameras, badge readers, etc.).
- Greet and check in visitors, vendors, and candidates warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Coordinate scheduling for conference rooms and shared office spaces.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, such as issuing new hire badges and preparing welcome materials.
- Support office operations, including managing supply inventory.
