As the Front Office Supervisor at our modern 4-star plus Van der Valk Hotel Volendam, you will be the first point of contact for our guests alongside your team. You will oversee the daily management of the Front Office team, ensuring seamless operations. You will actively participate on the floor, monitor the quality of guest experiences, and contribute to service enhancement and team development under the guidance of the Front Office Manager. Your hospitality mindset and organizational talent will foster a positive work environment and create unforgettable stays for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality & Service Quality: Ensure a high service level and welcoming approach in all Front Office aspects. Handle (complex) complaints professionally and ensure our service standards are consistently met.
Team Coordination: Lead and motivate the Front Office team, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration to enhance guest satisfaction.
Guest Engagement: Be the point of contact for guests and colleagues, addressing complex inquiries and situations with professionalism and care.
