Leading the migration from Octopus to GitHub Actions while promoting a developer-led deployment culture.Designing and evolving monitoring systems using Prometheus/Grafana, integrating observability into CI/CD workflows, ensuring robust tracing, logging, and metrics correlation across services.Extending custom-built infrastructure components to manage increased traffic and complex routing, collaborating with both frontend and backend teams to ensure performance, scalability, and security.Working closely with all Gaming teams and DevOps engineers to provide tooling and guidance across environments.
