Qualifications

Required Qualifications:8-10 years of experience, recognized as an expert in developing web frontends with Angular 10 or later. Ability to support architectural decisions at both team and product levels. Familiarity with frontend design patterns for building scalable and robust Single Page Applications (SPAs). Strong software development skills in Raw JavaScript and Angular 5 or later, with a solid understanding of functional programming. Proficient in front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and Foundation. Excellent knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5; good understanding of SVG and Node.js. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, particularly in Azure DevOps or Jenkins, is a plus. Agile development experience, preferred with Solution Architect or similar experience. Individual Skills:Strong communication skills to align the organization on complex technical decisions. About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Solution/Software Architect to create detailed low-level designs for team members.
  • Guide project teams in establishing technology strategies related to coding practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
  • Engage in hands-on coding to assist the team in developing solutions and addressing immediate technical issues.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to define user stories and acceptance criteria, effectively communicating trade-offs with Designers.
  • Continuously seek innovative solutions to technical challenges and advocate for design improvements, challenging the status quo when necessary.
  • Provide a roadmap for implementing software engineering best practices to enhance code quality.
  • Report directly to the Senior Engineering Manager.
