Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (AI-Focused)
Location: Remote (Open to: Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Romania)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Flexible)
Salary Range: $1,800 – $3,500 USD per month ($11 – $22 USD/hour)

Role Overview
We are on the hunt for a Full-Stack Developer with strong technical skills and extensive experience in AI-assisted development workflows. Your expertise will be crucial in constructing and expanding a high-performance, globally distributed platform.
Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, the ability to orchestrate sub-agents, and leveraging AI throughout the development lifecycle are essential. This role demands a systems thinker who can optimize performance and create infrastructure capable of scaling under significant loads.
Responsibilities
AI-Assisted Development
- Utilize AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as core development environments
- Design and manage agentic workflows and sub-agents
- Employ AI to expedite development, testing, and debugging processes
Full-Stack Development
- Develop and sustain scalable front-end and back-end systems
- Contribute to multiple portals (Consumer, Clinic, Enterprise, Platform, Referral, Admin)
- Ensure code quality through clean, maintainable practices
Performance & Scalability
- Enhance database queries and overall system performance
- Design and manage caching layers and connection pools
- Create systems that can support millions of concurrent users
Code Quality & Security
- Ensure all code passes through automated review pipelines (5+ bots) before human scrutiny
- Achieve SonarCloud quality gates on initial push
- Adhere to strict security best practices and hygiene
System Design
- Architect distributed systems for global scalability
- Guarantee reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability
- Collaborate on infrastructure and backend architecture decisions
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer in high-scale environments
- Solid proficiency in both front-end and back-end development
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools
